We are looking for passionate individuals ages 65 and up to help support our programs and make a meaningful impact in the lives of kids and youth in Chilliwack. Your wisdom, experience, and presence can foster deep connections, provide mentorship, and help recreate the 'village' that nurtures growth and belonging. ​Community Action Committee (18+)

The Community Action Committee is designed for passionate and dedicated community members who recognize the value of the Grounded Village Project and are committed to helping build its foundation. This committee plays a hands-on role in shaping the project by taking actionable steps to grow networks, engage the community, and develop the resources needed to bring the 'grounded Village' to life.​

NEXT-GEN Committee (18+)

The ‘NEXT-GEN’ Youth Committee is a core component of the 'grounded Village Project', designed to amplify the voices of young people aged 12-18. This committee will guide the development of the 'grounded Village' by sharing their insights into what youth need and want from a supportive community focused on growth, connection, learning, and giving back.
